Lunch: Nothing
Dinner: Fish seasoned with Oregano, Chicken Salad with sprinkled cheese, croutons and raspberry dressing with a "Death by Chocolate" Ball
Work out: 20 min on elliptical

Woo! Not bad!

Note to self: Must fill up on water jug
